Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 36 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Changes or cancellations made within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is equal to 50% of the service total. A 15-minute grace period will be allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee outlined in this policy. All "no-show" appointments will be charged a non-refundable amount that is equal to 100% of the service total. After a third no-show, you will be required to prepay for all future appointments. All cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
